Equi-Life Equestrian

Our program is run by top level Equestrian Canada Certified Competition Coach Lindsay Legroulx.

We offer a progressive development program for riders of all levels from beginner to "A" circuit competitors. We are committed to developing strong, confident, and educated athletes who not only produce excellent competitive results, but love the day to day training process.

Our program is based on the North American Forward Riding System that teaches riders to follow the forward balance of their horse, allowing horses to move freely and cultivate their natural agility, balance, and self carriage. This system has proven to bring out the best athletic performance in today's modern sport horse.

We believe in keeping our horses fit, fresh, and interested in their work. To do so, we maintain a great balance between flat work, gymnastic training, course schooling, and hacking outside of the ring. To compliment our program, we hold regular clinics with high performance clinicians from across North America.

Our team competes on both the local show circuit, and the Equine Canada Gold rated circuit including; Thunderbird Show Park, Milner Downs, Rocky Mountain Show Jumping, Spruce Meadows, and the US "A" circuit including; Desert International Show Park, and Blenheim.

*Private Coaching/Training programs available to clients wanting to pursue the highest level of competitive sport.

We offer training and professional riding services by top H/J rider Richelle Cornell. Richelle grew up riding in Langley BC, before travelling the world developing her skills with racehorses, fox hunting horses, and finally settling in to work at the famous show jumping and breeding Finch Farms in Queensland, Australia.

Richelle has since developed many young horses to the top of the sport in both the Hunter and Jumper ring with endless championships and wins along the way.

Whether partnering with investors to develop top European prospects for re-sale, or schooling one of our student's ponies to help with a lead change, Richelle puts her heart in to every horse, and every ride.

Offering supportive schooling rides, full training programs, and Investor services and partnerships.

Our full program includes 5 days per week (20 sessions per month) of training or lessons. This program is often set up with a rider participating in our competitive program and adding 2 schooling rides to maintain training or improve performance. This program is also used to train and develop young horses for competition, or to increase value on investment horses.

Our 3 day per week program (12 lessons per month) is suitable for riders wishing to ride in our competitive program. This program includes smaller groups of riders focused on their competitive performance. This includes 3 lessons per week (flat work, gymnastic work, and course work). Riders do not need to commit to a show schedule, but lessons are geared specifically towards performance. Space in this program is limited, and riders must apply for this program via a riding assessment.

Whether choosing 1 or 2 days per week, we offer fun and inspiring group lessons with either a flat or jumping focus. We offer a number of lesson times throughout the week with groups suitable for all different age groups and rider levels.

We offer lessons for haul in clients, or riders not participating in one of our above programs.
